We missed sitting around the campfire the last time we took the trailer out. We made sure we had that experience this time. We don't want to become one of those families that go camping and then spend their whole time sitting INSIDE the camper.....not sure that is a real possibility...but we're guarding against it just the same.

We have found a lot of people that don't venture out of their campers, but they sure play their TVs loud! LOL
I'm glad you are enjoying the best of having a camping trailer, but not losing the fun of "camping".
I love to sit around the campfire. Sunday evening it was gorgeous here and I was wanting a fire (we have a firering in our backyard). Doug had to go to work, though, and it's not quite so fun to sit there alone. The boys make s'mores and then leave. So it is peaceful for Doug and me to sit there all alone. Perhaps in a few more weeks. This weekend we're forcasted to have snow! Yep, April in NE Ohio is grand LOL.
Yep - we'll just have to think of the good things we don't want to lose and incorporate them into the trailer type camping. LOL
Kelly.....I'd love a fire ring. I keep thinking there are sure to be rules about such in residential areas...but maybe not. I should check....though the houses in this neighborhood are so close that the idea of one of my NEIGHBORS having a fire ring is a bit frightening. LOL
