"Bump Beds", projects and such....

We worked most the day.

Mike at the office.

The rest of us at the house....

Jared organized his room and mowed the neighbor's yard.

Nolan mowed our yard.

Arielle was a trooper and did all that was asked.

We took ANOTHER load to Goodwill.

We emptied our pantry - mostly. ::snort::

I attended Mom's Night Out.

We picked BRE up at the airport.

Josiah and Jamin met us at the airport when they got off work. They took Jared to their apartment for the night.

Krista send a present for Zander with Bre....

I was informed that if I needed something up high, I should ask for Zander's help and NOT step on it. ::snort::

Notice the stool in the background.

Thanks, Krista.

Stacia is crying tonight...she wants to "go home" and does not want to sleep in a bump bed. Zander has decided he now loves this house and doesn't want to move...normal moving emotions. Thanks for the prayers for understanding and wisdom and comfort in the midst of our busy-ness. We need to remember to minister to the hearts of our children.

Sis:

So glad Bre is now there. She will be such a big help to you. ENJOY the family time you will be having. Praying Krista's trip is also safe.

You life just now sounds exactly like Nathaniel/Heather's.

I sure do not miss the days of packing up everything one place or the other and taking so much to Goodwill etc. It was neat to be in the ministry we were in but at this point in time I am glad to be in the States.

love/prayers continuing Mom T

That stool is the best! Is that exactly what the other one looked like? I see it's the same color, but it was hard to tell what the old one said broken in half! :) Poor kids. It must be hard on the little ones to go through a move for the first time (in their memories anyway).

Awww, the stool is adorable. Praying for all during these weeks/months of transitions.

Oh dear, I wonder what Stacia thinks might happen in the bump beds? Maybe she's afraid she'll get bumped?

Reminds me of when Grace was terrified to go to se our doctor, whose name as Dr Payne. Eventually, I put 2 and 2 together...

Stephen's first 'big' move unsettled him much more than we expected. You are right, in all the busy-ness... We found it was essential to keep him assured and comforted. I think, though, that your older kiddos will be a great help in assuring the younger ones during this move. You all are in my prayers! No doubt the 'anxiety' will wear off, and excitement about traveling will soon begin! :-)

I'm praying for you all! This is such an exciting time. I'm sure that the next few weeks will be like a blur and soon you'll be all set up in Japan. I'll be praying that the younger kids adjust quickly.

LISA - I found your LA material and pulled it from the shipment. ::snort:: I thought it had been mailed back long ago.
