Hey, I was reading an earlier post about the granola. I always do the faster cooking method & be sure to watch it carefully. The 12 hour method was written directly from a recipe for granola in one of the whole foods cookbooks. The only thing I would say if you want to use the 12 hour method would be to use a thicker pan and one of those silicone liners might help as well, not really sure though.

It's great to have a confident toddler. My ds was like that. So nice after no 1 child who was so timid!
