Photobucket Friday continued....

We watched a Dean Martin/Jerry Lewis movie from Netflix: Artists and Models. The kids put on The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

I decided to whip out some more pages. I've done 13 since 4:00 p.m. It takes about 5 minutes for me to do a page (remember the photos are ready to go on my computer, have already been edited for previous blog use).

I think this will be great. I THINK I'll be able to work on scrapbooks anywhere I have my laptop.....nothing else to carry or take with me. Nothing to take out, put back....

Here are a few of my favorites from the night, the photos will be familiar:

The layouts are awesome, DeEtta. Please keep us posted when you find a good place to have them printed. We don't have a Costco nearby either!

You are going fast with these! I played around with Smilebox a bit last night but I may just keep with my original plan - get the CM software. :-) My goal is to finish my film prints the traditional way (and my scrapbooks are pretty "naked") & then go digital for all my digital prints. :-)

De'Etta,
Your pages look great! Thanks for the info about this. I googled "printing 12 x 12 scrapbook pages" online & there were several options available. One I saw was just under $3.00 a sheet to print.
I was hoping that Sams would print these, but oh well.

Lisa - I think I'll continue the naked albums with the hard copies and then when I hit digital photos go digital.

I need to learn more about CM software - but at this point this is free for me and very fast...enough options to keep me intersted but not overwhelmed. Paying for each little packet is something I need to investigate.

Heather - our Sam's will do 12x16 but they STRETCH your photos to 12x16 so the pages would pixelate. I found quite a few places at 2.49 online and am learning that you have to keep in mind type of photo paper etc when choosing the price you want to pay. LOL

Costco has a great deal and I was ready to do it online when Mike reminded me that we don't have a costco card. LOL

Many of the places give you discounts for more pages, and the shipping is the same regardless of how many you have sent...so I'm thinking if I ordered once a month??????
